Project Details

The One Business Bay project is a significant undertaking, covering 0.75 acres of land near Senapati Bapat Marg. Architect Hafeez Contractor designed the building to be a complete workplace environment, including space for 182 high-quality offices. This project is part of a larger plan to develop up to 2.09 million square feet of commercial space.

Suraj Estate Developers has shown solid financial growth. Their total revenue increased by 33% year-over-year, reaching Rs 144.6 crore in Q2 FY26. This represents a 4% increase in net profit, reaching Rs 33.1 crore compared to Rs 31.8 crore the previous year.
