The largest of these wins is a Rs 642.82 crore project to redevelop Tulsi Niketan in Ghaziabad, commissioned by the Ghaziabad Development Authority. This project is a major undertaking and a clear indicator of NBCC’s capabilities in large-scale urban redevelopment.
Beyond the Ghaziabad project, NBCC has secured additional contracts. These include a renovation of the Hyderabad Cost Accountants Institute (ICAI) headquarters, valued at Rs 4.05 crore. They’ve also committed to renovating a guest house at the National Forensic Science University in Delhi for Rs 6.95 crore.
Furthermore, NBCC is involved in two new construction projects for The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). One is a new building in Kanpur, valued at Rs 4.42 crore, and the other is a new building in Lucknow for Rs 7.14 crore.
NBCC’s financial performance has also been strong, with consolidated net profit increasing by 25.21% to Rs 156.68 crore. Revenue from operations rose by 18.99% to Rs 2,910.19 crore in the second quarter of fiscal year 26, compared to the previous year. The company’s share price currently stands at Rs 113.60 on the BSE.
These contract wins signal NBCC’s continued growth and strategic investments within India’s infrastructure sector.
