Q3 Production Details
Specifically, during the third quarter of 2025-26 (October to December), MOIL produced a record 4.77 lakh tonnes of manganese ore. That’s a jump of about 3.7% compared to the same time last year. This is the biggest amount of manganese ore they’ve ever made in a single third quarter.
Nine-Month Production Performance
Beyond the third quarter, MOIL also reached its best-ever production for the first nine months of the financial year. They made 14.21 lakh tonnes of manganese ore. This represents an increase of approximately 6.8% compared to the previous year.
What’s Driving the Success?
So, why is MOIL doing so well? It’s because of a few key things. They’ve carefully planned how they dig the ore, followed strict rules about how things are done, used more machines to help, and their workers have worked really hard across all of MOIL’s mines.
Better planning and execution leads to greater success in resource extraction.
