Mahindra Lifespace Developers is a part of the larger Mahindra Group, which has built homes across India. They’ve built over 53 million square feet of property in seven different cities. The company also makes affordable homes under the ‘Happinest’ brand and large, integrated cities like Mahindra World City and Origins.
Recently, the company made a lot more money than it lost. In the last quarter (Q2 FY26), they earned Rs 17.56 crore in sales – that’s a huge jump of 130% compared to the same time last year. This increased revenue led to a net profit of Rs 47.91 crore, compared to a loss of Rs 14.01 crore previously.
The company’s stock price went down a little bit, falling by 1.18% to trade at Rs 394.75 on the BSE (a stock market exchange). However, this drop is less important than the company’s overall growth and financial performance.
