The first change is that Hariharan Srinivasan, who was previously the Executive Vice President of Human Resources (HR), will take over as the temporary Chief People Officer (CPO). He starts this role on November 16th, 2025, and replaces Nita Nambiar, who is stepping down as CPO on November 15th, 2025.
