Changes in Leadership Roles

The first change is that Hariharan Srinivasan, who was previously the Executive Vice President of Human Resources (HR), will take over as the temporary Chief People Officer (CPO). This means he’ll be responsible for managing all things related to employees at Hexaware. He starts this role on November 16th, 2025, and replaces Nita Nambiar, who is stepping down as CPO on November 15th, 2025.

Expanding Responsibilities

Next, Siddharth Dhar is getting a bigger job. He’s currently the President and head of Digital IT Operations (DITO), but he’s also going to lead the company’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Practice. This means he’ll be in charge of developing and implementing AI solutions, alongside continuing to lead DITO. He starts this additional responsibility on October 14th, 2025.

Finally, Eravi Gopan is stepping into a new role. He’s now the President and head of the Hi-Tech Vertical, effective October 20th, 2025. This area likely focuses on specialized technology or specific industries Hexaware serves.
