Project Details
Two of the projects, Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II, are already well-known. Greenshore will have over 800 apartments in different sizes—2, 3, and 4 bedrooms. It’s designed to be very popular, and Phase I sold out quickly. Verde Phase II gives buyers another chance to join the North Bengaluru growth story.
Another project is planned for the Hebbal area. This 10-acre development will include 600+ homes, offering modern designs and plenty of space, particularly appealing to those who value efficiency. Buyers will have choices regarding size and layout.
Beyond these established projects, Embassy is also launching a smaller, exclusive villa community and a larger premium villa project, totaling 116 acres. These offer high-end living options for discerning buyers.
These developments represent roughly 5.6 million square feet of construction potential. This demonstrates a serious commitment to expanding Embassy’s reach within North Bengaluru’s residential market. The company’s successful pre-sales of Embassy Paradiso, exceeding Rs 204 crore, further validates this investment.
“Strategic land acquisitions and focused development are the cornerstones of our growth strategy,” said an Embassy Developments spokesperson, “driving value for our customers and contributing to the city’s evolving landscape.”
