Project Details & Financing
The project is being built using a ‘Hybrid Annuity Mode,’ or HAM. This means that the government and Ceigall Infra Projects will share the costs of building the highway. Ceigall Infra Projects will also be responsible for maintaining the highway for a certain period, ensuring it stays in good condition.
The total cost of this project is Rs 1089 crore. This money will be used to build the new highway, and the ‘Hybrid Annuity Mode’ helps manage the project’s finances by tying payments to performance and maintenance schedules. This approach is beneficial because it aligns incentives for quality construction and ongoing upkeep.
The highway begins near Pitra Parvat and ends at the Simhastha bypass, specifically at kilometer 2.600. This strategically located route will significantly improve transportation access within the region.
This successful bid highlights Ceigall Infra Projects’ capabilities and positions them as a key player in India’s infrastructure development.
“Strategic investments in infrastructure projects like this drive economic growth and improve connectivity across India.”
