The first ATHIVA hotel is the renovated The Dukes Retreat in Khandala. It has 147 rooms, including 11 luxurious suites. This hotel is designed to give guests a comfortable and special experience, while also being kind to the environment.
Chalet Hotels has plans to turn five more properties into ATHIVA hotels over time. These include a recently renovated business hotel in Navi Mumbai, The Resort at Aksa Beach (owned by K Raheja Corp), and three new hotels being built in Goa and Thiruvananthapuram. This expansion shows a big commitment to growth.
With more than 900 keys planned for the initial launch, and aiming to double the capacity within three years, ATHIVA is a smart move for the Indian travel market. This strategy uses the existing strength of Chalet Hotels and focuses on providing exciting and memorable travel experiences.
