The solar panels, which produce 595 watts of power each (called ‘Wp’), will be used in two states: Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. Vikram Solar isn’t just a local company; it’s one of the biggest solar panel makers in India, with operations in 39 countries. They’ve produced a massive amount of solar panels – 4.5 gigawatts (GW)! Their profits have also grown significantly, jumping up 93.72% to Rs 1,109.91 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to the previous quarter.
