Recent Performance
During the third quarter of their financial year (Q3 FY26), the company managed to collect about Rs 415 crore in money from potential buyers. This is a good 15% more than they collected in the previous quarter. They’ve also been getting the official “okay” to build projects – called RERA approvals – which is a key step in starting construction.
The company has been particularly busy building in Bengaluru, approving four large projects worth over Rs 12,800 crore.
