The bridge is part of the 46 BR(I) TF Project Pushpak, which is being run by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO). The total cost of the project is a massive Rs. 96.12 crore, and this includes the Goods and Services Tax (GST). This is a substantial investment in infrastructure.
Location and Scope
The bridge will be built across the Galethiya River at kilometer 46.45. It’s a very important span, measuring 216 meters long, with three spans of 72 meters each. The project also includes building roads on both sides of the river to connect the bridge to the surrounding area.
Contract Type
Niraj Cement Structurals is taking on this project through a method called “EPC Mode.” This means they’re responsible for everything – from design to construction – ensuring the bridge is finished on time and within budget, as agreed with the BRO.
