Madhya Pradesh Project: Advait Lok
L&T has been awarded a contract to build the Advait Lok complex in Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh. This project is for the Acharya Shankar Museum Complex and Parking. The complex will feature detailed stone carvings and modern architectural elements. It’s designed to showcase the life and ideas of Acharya Shankar.
Assam Project: Redevelopment of R G Baruah Sports Complex
Another significant order involves renovating the R G Baruah Sports Complex in Guwahati, Assam. L&T will construct a FIFA-compliant football stadium. The stadium is designed to hold 25,000 spectators. It will also include other sports and recreational facilities.
Mumbai Project: Luxury High-Rise Towers
L&T is also undertaking the construction of three luxury high-rise residential towers in Mumbai. These towers will be extremely tall, reaching up to 230 meters in height. The project utilizes reinforced concrete structures and includes premium finishes and advanced MEP systems.
