The Regenta Place M.A.R.S. Candolim hotel is close to some of Goa’s best beaches. Candolim Beach is only 1 kilometer away, and Calangute Beach and Baga Beach are about 3 kilometers away. This makes it a convenient base for exploring the area.
Inside the hotel, you’ll find rooms in different sizes – standard rooms, club rooms, deluxe rooms, and family rooms. Each room has things like air conditioning, a TV, a mini-fridge, and Wi-Fi. However, the company’s profits actually went down. Their net profit dropped by 42.9% to Rs 4.28 crore. This happened even though the company made more money – revenue increased by 12.5% to Rs 79.19 crore.
Because of this, the hotel’s stock price went down. It fell by 5.17% to Rs 386.25 on the BSE.
